RCP Management Co. has been awarded as “Accredited Management Organization (AMO) of the Year, 2011”. Presented by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), NJ Chapter No. 1, this prestigious award is in recognition of “outstanding contribution to the advancement of Real Estate Management”. Mary Faith Nugiel, President of RCP Management Co. received the award at IREM’s Heritage Night held on Sept. 13, 2011 at The Palace at Somerset Park, in Somerset, NJ.
RCP Management is an Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) and an Accredited Management Organization (AMO), specializing in the management of community associations. It is note worthy that only four (4) property management firms in New Jersey enjoy the distinction of holding both designations. RCP has been managing community associations since 1986 and apartment complexes and commercial properties since 1975.
