It is note worthy that only three (3) property management firms in New Jersey enjoy the distinction of holding both designations. RCP has been managing community associations since 1986 and apartment complexes and commercial properties since 1975.
Headquartered in Princeton, NJ, with a second office in Elmwood Park, our staff of 50 professionals (including regional managers, multi-site managers, site managers, customer service and accounting personnel), currently manage over 70 communities totaling more than 15,000 homes.
